CROWS LANDING ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT OVER THE SAN JOAQUIN RIVER

The Crows Landing Road Bridge crosses over the San Joaquin River connecting nearby communities of Stanislaus County. The bridge serves roughly 8,000 vehicles daily with almost 20 percent being truck traffic.

After an assessment, the previous bridge was determined to be structurally deficient and functionally obsolete. The condition of the bridge deteriorated with time and is now fully replaced, providing a safer crossing over the river.
